Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Programs

Let's be honest, everyone needs a little bit of help and a lot of extra motivation. If it was easy we would all be doing it on our own and be fit and healthy for life. Boot camps will not only give you that accountability so many of us need but will keep you from being bored by combining cardiovascular training, plyometrics, resistance and functional fitness that challenges you to get an action packed work-out in one exciting hour.
Fee schedule and an example of our daily activities are in the attached "Need to Know" section. All of the classes are one hour in length and each boot camp session lasts 6 weeks.
